Off-Topic is considered to be anything, unrelated to PirateNet as an organization. Basically just casual chat, as opposed to General Chat, which is reserved for direct or indirect topics regarding PirateNet. Think of it as the watering hole of sorts. tongue Same Rules apply here as do on General Chat (see there for rules). Just basically be nice and you will be fine. Enjoy!
